Contact info@syntranoconsulting.com within 14 days of purchase if the dashboard does not work with your data. Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to technical incompatibility or non-delivery. Because the product is delivered digitally, refunds for change of mind after successful use are considered case by case.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
