These terms govern your purchase and use of Dashboard in Seconds™, supplied by Syntrano Consulting.
Licence
Your one-time purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use Dashboard in Seconds™ within your organisation, for any number of users within that organisation. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the files is not permitted. The dashboard requires signing in periodically (at least once every 90 days) to verify your licence remains active.
Delivery
Upon payment, you'll receive an email to set up your account. Your invoice will be emailed separately. Dashboard files, user guide, and templates are accessed by signing in to your account on this site.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you load and for any decisions taken on the basis of the dashboards produced.
Liability
Syntrano Consulting's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
